Instructions

In order for us to host your Domain, you must request a Domain Transfer from the Domain Registrar where you first registered/purchased Domain. As the owner of the Domain, only you have the right to alter the Domain information. To transfer your Domain to the SoluComp Network, please follow the steps below.

Step 1.

You must order a web hosting package prior or after a Domain Transfer Request. Once you have signed up for a hosting package, you will receive a confirmation email which will also specify domain transfer instructions and important details. Such details include an I.P address, username and password so you can begin uploading your Web Site to our Network. It usually takes between 24-72 hours on the registrars part to transfer a Domain Name. By uploading your website prior to the transfer process, this allows you to prepare for minimal downtime.

Step 2.

In order for you to transfer your Domain to our Network, you must fill out a Transfer Domain Form. We have provided the direct links to some of the largest Domain Registrars. Please Click Here.

Step 3. Transfer Instructions

If your Domain was registered through the SoluComp Registrar, you do not have to transfer your domain. If you are transferring your domain from another hosting company, you must fill out a transfer form to have your Domain Name point to our Network. The form you need to fill out depends on which Registrar you registered your Domain Name with. If you do not know who you registered your Domain Name with and require assistance, please contact our Support Department at techsupport@solucomp.com to help you.
