Easy to use setup

- 123Shop Pro setup includes a step by step wizard which will guide you through the process of activating your online shop in only a few minutes. Wizard will automatically check pre-requisites for configuration like database connection, folder permissions and supported email components etc.
- Only a computer connected to the internet is needed to configure your online store.
- You don't need to install any software / component on the server. All you need to do is transfer generated folders and files to the corresponding directory.
- We can also activate your store for you for only a small amount of $50. All you need to do is send us your hosting information and we will send you the username and password for you log into your fully activated and configured online store. After logging in the control panel you will be ready to start building your online store.
- A user manual with detailed help of every aspect of 123Shop Pro is also provided free of cost.

Choice of database

- 123Shop Pro gives you the choice of using MS SQL database. At this point we have no plans to support any other database types but int he fututre we are planning to develop a PhP and MY SQL version of 123 Shop Pro.

Customizable store front

- 123Shop Pro will build you an online store that merges seamlessly with your existing website. You can create a template based on your existing website, just add the code for creating layout in the template and upload the file to right diretory on the Web Server.
- Add/update icons, company logos, store buttons etc.
- Facility to change font types, font sizes, font colors and backgrounds of general text as well as for links, messages and row titles.
- Set the paging information (# of items / page etc.)
- Set order of how the products should be displayed in each category.
- Show / Hide categories and products based on the type of customer browsing e.g (retailer or wholesaler)
- Links can also be generated that you can place on your existing Web site to link it to your new 123Shop Pro store.
- Can temporarily turn your site on / off for maintenance.
- There are separate settings to allow how categories are displayed i.e. horizontally with images, vertically with images, vertically without images, vertically without images under a large category image and vertically without images with ability to add multiple products in one step.
- You now have the ability to add up to 2 custom input fields to your store’s registration and checkout pages. For example, some stores may require their customers to provide their Tax ID before allowing them to checkout.
- You also have the ability to ask a customer to fill out a "Referrer"
field when checking out or registering on the store for the first time. This can help you determine where your customers are coming from. Of course, you may also use this field for other purposes.

Product Wizard

- The Product Wizard allows you to add a new product to your store's product catalog.
- Because the Wizard takes you step by step through the process, it is particularly useful when you are just starting out using 123Shop Pro. It’s a good idea to use the Wizard to add your first few products to the catalog, especially if you are not a technically savvy computer user.

Discounts and Promotions

- Discount by code allows you to enter a code for a certain discount and notify your customers by e-mail. Your customers will add products to their cart. No discount will be shown at that time. However, at the time of checkout they will be asked a discount code. Order verification page will display the savings.
- Discount by quantity allows you to charge your customer differently for different quantity level. Anyone buying equal to above a certain quantity will be offered a discount. The price can also vary depending on whether the buyer is a retail or wholesale customer. You can create unlimited quantity discount tiers for each product in your product catalog.
- Specials are listed on a special page that you can link to from any other page on your Web site. For example, you could have a flashy graphic on your store's SHOP NOW page that links to your store’s monthly Specials. Because many of your customers will likely click on the flashy graphic, all products listed on that page will gain additional visibility.
- To increase visibility of certain selected products, featured products can be displayed on the SHOP NOW page.
- 123Shop Pro “Reward Points” module allows merchants to promote customer loyalty and increase sales by rewarding customers for purchases and for referring other customers.

Shipping Options

- 123Shop Pro includes a sophisticated shipping component, officially approved by UPS. 123Shop Pro can calculate shipping charges in two ways: by connecting to one or more shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post), or by using custom shipping rates that you define.
- In the first scenario, 123Shop Pro dynamically collects shipping rates by
connecting to one or more of the shipping providers mentioned above which return rates that are based on:
1) the total weight of the products being purchased
2) the “Ship From” address entered by the store administrator
3) the customer’s shipping address type (commercial vs. residential)
4) the customer’s shipping address.

- In the second scenario, shipping rates are calculated based on criteria that you define (custom rates).
- For added flexibility, the shipping component allows you to combine custom shipping options with the rates returned dynamically by one or more of the above mentioned shipping providers.

Payment Options

- Real time payment methods, configured to capture funds.
- Real time payment methods, configured to only authorize funds.
- Non-real time payment methods.
- Securely process credit card transactions using an SSL certificate

Tax Options

- 123Shop Pro gives you the ability to either use a database file containing tax rates, or enter rates manually by location and/or by product.
- Independently of the tax settings configured using the Tax Option module, you can set a product or service as tax-exempt when adding or modifying a product.

Managing Customers

- It allows you to view and edit customer accounts, change the customer type from retail to wholesale (which affects how much they are charged when they order products from your store).
- 123Shop Pro includes the ability to import customer information from an existing customer database.
- 123Shop Pro makes it easy to send messages to targeted customer lists with the new Newsletter Wizard. Using Newsletter Wizard you can build filtered customer lists (e.g. only customers that purchased a certain product, or within a certain date range, etc.), then send a targeted message to
it, in text or HTML format.

Order Management

- An order may have the status of incomplete, pending, processed, cancelled or returned depending upon the level of processing and the type of order.
- Administrator can edit the order to change its status and can select o process it further or not.
- When you batch process Pending orders that were placed using a payment gateway that supports batch processing, 123Shop Pro will not only change their order status to Processed, but will also connect to the payment gateway and instruct it to capture funds for every order that is part of the batch.
- Administrator can search for an order by date, status, keyword, customer and payment type.
- If the order was submitted using a real-time payment option configured to immediately capture funds, vs. only authorizing the transaction, the order
status will be already set to Processed when administrator views the order in the Control Panel, and all of the tasks related to order processing will have already been performed by 123Shop Pro.
- Customers can check for the order status in the customer area. Now customers can also track their order via a UPS tracking # from within your store.
- Adminsitrator can batch process multiple orders in single click.
- Multiple level of filtering can generate a number of sales reports.

Affiliate Management

- You can now let affiliates sign up through the storefront and have access to a password protected area where they can retrieve store links that contain their affiliate tracking information.
- Affiliates can now also view sales on which they have earned a commission and a history of commission payments that you have entered into the system.

Search Engine Friendly website

- 123Shop Pro features code that can automatically generate the three meta tags: title, description and keywords. Different meta tags are generated depending on the page that is loaded.

Email Management Options

- An e-mail message is sent to a store customer in the following circumstances:
When an order is placed
When an order is processed
When an order is shipped
When an order is cancelled
When a request for a "Return Authorization" is approved or denied
When a customer forgets his / her password
When a help desk message is posted

- An e-mail message is sent to an administrator in the following circumstances:
When an order is placed
When a new customer registers with the store
When a customer contacts the store using built in contact form
When a customer contacts the store using Help Desk
When a new affiliate signs up

Store Map Generation

- The Generate Store Map feature consists of the ability to dynamically generate an HTML store map that will include a list of categories, their subcategories, and the products that they contain, organized in a ‘site map’ type of layout. This feature will help you create a static category tree to be
