allowed to call per day, week, etc.

At SoluComp we spend much of our time focussed
on keeping pace with the constantly changing
computer hardware and software technologies.
One of the more obvious progressions for
us as a service bureau was the integration
of our IVR applications with Internet/Database
access. Some of our clients use our capabilities
for real-time access to their call traffic
reports and other application specific information
while others have come to us specifically
because we provide these services in addition
to our IVR capabilities.
Our
web survey capabilities go far beyond that
of many service bureaus, if they even offer
the capability. Not only are we able to
present the survey participant with professional
looking web surveys, but these surveys are
built dynamically every time a visitor takes
the survey. The survey questions, answer
choices and layout are all database driven
and can be changed on the fly, even while
people are taking the survey. Once the survey
is complete the information is automatically
stored in a database. An email confirmation
can be sent to the participant or to the
survey customer, we can even generate charts
and graphs at the end of each survey to
show the participant how their answers stacked
up against others.
