Shop Pro, we have a degree of control over our products and display that is
hard to beat.
We are able to change products, and prices almost immediately.
While on the phone with customers, we can create custom product combinations in
real time and sell those products in the same phone call. Customers have access
to technical data, images, and pricing from the same page.Changes to promotions
are easy to implement through the Admin manager.
Orders come through the system
and are displayed in a sales report that offers many options. More importantly
though, is the level of service we have come to rely on from Solucomp, bugs have
been dealt with almost immediately. Custom changes have been easy to implement
as needs have developed.
